Parents/Carers should notify student absences as soon as possible, ideally by 8.30am on each morning of absence. If the absence is not received, we may record an 'unauthorised absence' against the student.

TO REPORT AN ABSENCE

You can report absence using the Synergy Parent App.

Start a new message in the messaging function of the app. Choose the correct student account and select 'My child in sixth form' from the drop-down options in the department. Your message will be sent directly to the sixth form team.

If you are unable to use Synergy, you can report an absence for sixth form to the Sixth Form Pastoral Officer (PSO) – Mr Stuart Seddon
